Motorola Earpiece for Motorola Radio

Welcome to Motorola your useful resource to find all about MotoTrbo and Motorola Earpieces. There is a vast library of Motorola radios from the digital MotoTRBO DP3400, DP2400, DP4400 radios to the leisure range TLKR-T5 and CP040.

The MOTO TRBO range of radio is newest on the market and is the digital version generation from motorola, with the new radio range, motorola produces new connectors and earpieces.

The DP3400/DP3600 and DP4400/DP4800 radios work with the DP3400 connector along with the MTP 850s Radio.

The even newer DP2400/DP2600 radios work with a new connector that doesn't have screw-in but a clip plug, this is currently unique to these radios but future models are in the pipeline.

The classic screw connector is the GP340 connector to be used with the Motorola GP320, GP330, GP340, GP360, GP380 radios. Earpieces look very similar to the DP3400 connector but is totally unique and will not work on these radios.

The most popular motorola earpiece connector is the 2-pin connector, able to work with the very popular GP300 and CP040 motorola radio and the GP340/DP3400/GP344 adaptor. If you are unsure which motorola earpieces to purcahase, the safe bet is the 2-pin connector.

The Emergency services have their own radio the MTP or MTH Airwave walkie talkie Radios. The Motorola earpieces MTP/MTH is a single pin connector and are used on the Motorola MTH 650, HTH 800 and the MTP 850.

The last connector is the single pin connector and is used on the motorla leisure range Motorola T5622, XTR, XTN, TalkrT5 and XTR446. These earpieces can also be used on the Cobra radios, and now the new sleek SL4000 radio and earpiece is available as a single pin but the configuration of the pin is different to this pin and has it's own connector..

Unfortunately Motorola MOTOTRBO connectors will not work with the GP range of radios and vice-a-versa, and the Motorola earpiece and Motorola earpieces 2-pin connector will not work with a kenwood or Icom walkie talkie radio.
